Hello exchangers, I think someone posted this thread before but I can not find it in my archive here. This is why I turned to you while I am searching this problem on slipstick, msexchange.org, and other. So here it goes,
I have a user who use StarPower dialup service to get on the Internet. Everything is working accordingly, except when she try to get into our exchange server (2000). Every time she put in the url: mail.xxxxxx.xxx/exchange; it always returns "This page can not be display.....". I've talked with starpower and asked them to get to our site to see if they can do it; they can. This lead me to believe that something is wrong with the IE that I have on this pc so I upgraded the IE to 5.5 sp2, and it still did not work. Someone suggest that I should try to use other browser instead (just about to do this), but I would like to know if any of you ran into this situation before and have a solution for it that can share with me and others then I would really appreciate. In the mean time, let me get back to MS, MSexchange.org to see if I can spot the light at the end of the tunnel....
