Well, yes and no. If the recipient hasn't read the e-mail and you are using
Exchange then you can do a simple recall (goto sent items, open the message,
actions, recall this message). That doesn't work too well if you are using
any services that are polling the mailboxes for new mail, for example to
send GSM messages when new messages arrive. If it doesn't matter if the
recipient has read the message or not and you have to delete it then you
several choices but just one practical one. Use exmerge to to delete the
message (do a search for IloveYou or Q224493) like you have been advised. If
you want to get everybody up and stomping about, then ask how to use the ifs
drive or M: drive to do it :)
