Help!! Users seem to be able to open everyone else's mailboxes with full permissions. Users are able to set up additional profiles in Outlook and specify a different user and they are not prompted for a password. I had noticed it on my machine and I just chaulked it up to being logged in as administrator, but it seems that everyone can do it.
I haven't found anything blantantly obvious so I figured I send it out to you folks and see what you came back with.
