I am happy to report that I recently configured our Antigen version 7 to purge and quarantine messages based on the subject line where subject matches these patterns: *ADV * *ADV:* * *[a-zA-Z1-9]*
(the last one goes after subjects with lots of spaces followed by alphanumeric characters) Since then it has caught a ton of mail and 99% of it is definitely spam.
