Hi Mario,

I've also seen the same problem in our Organisation using Ex 5.5 & OWA.  One thing to 
check is that he is not cacheing his calendar on his Office PC!  You should turn off 
the 'Use Local Calendar Option' within Outlook, and see if this makes a difference!  
Alternativly, if you do come across the solution, please let me know!
