Yes, I've gotten a ton of the same type of thing here. My "faked" recipients don't typically include such a long string of numbers - generally, it's just a short non-existent name.
My guess is that folks who are in the business of selling a billion e-mail addresses for the low price of just $19.99 flesh out their product by making stuff up.
