Ok so I appologise for not seeing item 3.58 I think on my last question, now I have another that is somewhat related but I didn't see it in the faq.
I also have 2 helpdesk people who's regular task it too create Mailboxes. Again as before these people have rights at the site level, and thereby have rights to configuration and the ability to read email bla bla bla.
