Done what you are doing many times. Seems daunting at first but just be in a hurry. That's when you will double your work. You may and most likely will get an error message when you first attempt to start the store the first time. You may one of two that come to mind. Just search on MS site for that error and follow the steps. One has to do with a reg hack. Good luck

When you can mount the store, you can then do an Exmerge. For 12 mailboxes, you could also simply manually copy the contents with Outlook if you wanted.
