What machine are you running forestprep from? What happens if you run it
form another server? I hear the pope is an Exchange expert, as well so you
might check with the Vatican to see if they have a suggestion. ;0

Anybody ever face this problem before when installing Exchange 2k
/forestprep switch ?

Error message:
The shutdown was initiated by NT AUTHORITY/SYSTEM..

The system is shutting down. System process c:\winnt\lsass.exe terminated
unexpectedly with status code - 1073741819. The system will now shut down
and restart.

Looks like problem on modifying or updating the schema as the background
message stating fail to modify schema attributes..

I have checked on the Knowledge Based based on the error message, that
points me to SPack Security installation failure but I didn't install any
of them.
All i have is SP3 on Win2k Adv. Server..

Would be appreciate if any one can provide me a light to this problem as i
have been dragged by this problem for 4 days...

Thanks in advanced..

Ken L
