I tried them out as a trial. The software worked mostly. I had problems getting it to whitelist newsletters. My breif experience with their "support" wasn't good. Their attitude was "You obviously didn't read the directions. Go away." Didn't figure it was going to get any better, and support was too expensive for me to pay for service like that.
