I love Ed's method... But Why couldn't you ghost? I ghost all kind's of things. You do need to have some idea of where you are coming from and where it's going to and do a bit of prep but it does work. I just did my old SQl65 from HP hardware w/Adaptec RAID to a CPQ 1850R with a RAID 2-p I did have some prep and aftermath to do but it went pretty smooth... and it might depend on how much data is there
All said Id still use Ed's method...but along with my backup's I snap an image now and then for a cheezy backup also..
