Subject: Japanese Characters Exchange 2000

We are located in the US and have several employees in Korea and Japan.
We had no problems before when they would send us emails when they used
OWA. After a convention we are receiving a lot of emails from there but
can't read them. Either we get a "Cannot Open Item" or Question marks
in the emails. Has anyone had this in the past? I found Q283214 and
q273615 but they seem to be more if using OWA to send the messages. In
our case we are using Outlook 2002 w/ Exchange 2000 SP3 and are
receiving emails from people from a convention that was held there.

Thanks
Saul
