Well, I would highly suggest that you test and practice that! You should exclude the \exchsrvr\*data directories from any file-based backup.

I am afraid if a drive fails I will not have all the logs necessary to get back to current. Does everyone else simply exclude the entire DSADATA and MDBDATA folders from their backups? _________________________________________________________________ List posting FAQ: http://www.swinc.com/resource/exch_faq.htm Archives: http://www.swynk.com/sitesearch/search.asp To unsubscribe: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Exchange List admin: [EMAIL PROTECTED] _________________________________________________________________ List posting FAQ: http://www.swinc.com/resource/exch_faq.htm Archives: http://www.swynk.com/sitesearch/search.asp To unsubscribe: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Exchange List admin: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
