I use a workaround for DL we use. I have a public folder with an SMTP
address and either include it in the DL or email this address and cc or bcc
the DL. The reply address for the email sent out is then set to the address
of another folder we use for incoming email.

It's belts and braces, but seems to work !

Subject: OL2000: You Cannot Save Sent E-mail Message to a Public Folder

Hello Exchange list,
Knowledge base article 260099 says "OL2000: You Cannot Save Sent E-mail
Message to a Public Folder"
Is anyone using a workaround that does not require user intervention?
I would like to set up one PF for receiving mail and a second PF to hold
replies and other sent items pertaining to the first PF.
[Outlook Clients 2000, 2002 and OWA, Exchange 2000]
Thanks,
Will
