When I was running Exchange 5.5 I had rights to view other users mailboxes to troubleshoot issues Now With Exchange 2000 I get Access Denied even when logging on with the Exchange Admin Account. Can someone point me to what I need to se to be allowed to open other users mailboxes without being that user in Exchange 2000? Or is it possible?
