I have a problem with custom recepients get relay prohibited. I have a user that has their mailbox setup to forward to a internet email address via custom recipient. When a user is connected via pop3/smtp to the system and send to that person's email account it comes back every time as 550 relay prohibited, but if you email the internet email address in the custom recipient directly it works just fine. Also if you use a Outlook client running exchange service and email the user it also works fine. The only time it doenst work is when our users are internal or dialed into RAS using POP/smtp emailing the mailbox.
