Not wishing to pollute the Active Directory with data I have absolutely no control of, I would like to use Public folders to allow users to set up shared distribution that contain external contacts. However it seems that when Public Folders conatining are viewed within Outlook Web Access (Exchange 2000 version) the "New Mail to Contact" button is disabled. Is there a way to turn this on, or is this not possible within Outlook Web Access.
