We've front ended ours with an ISA server with RSA authentication. Timeouts can be set to either x minutes of non-usage (or will be once they fix a little bug) or x minutes of usage. Once it's timed out, you're done. There is also a piece of sample code that they give you that can wipe the session cookie out of memory so once the user hits the logoff page, they're done.
