Lots of threads where the answer was fully flushed out in the MSNGs as well
(Mostly by Rich FWIW). The possibility depends on what you want multiple
IMCs to do...

Want failover for inbound? They work great usually. Want mail which sits in
one IMS to magically discover there is no outbound path and flip over to the
other IMS or for the server itself to know anything about the status of
outbound messages? The IMC is a gateway, not a true connector, so it doesn't
work that way.

We are exploring the possibility of using a secondary IMC.
Anyone attempt to configure concurrent IMC services?

Doesn't seem to be any MSWP on the subject, little relevant in MSKB, and
some dead threads on the MSNGs..
