You are having network or name resolution problems.  If you can't fix
the network or name resolution problems, you can get rid of the message
box by following Knowledge Base article 293650, but the delay will still
be there.

We are using Exchange server 5.5./sp3 and the clients use Outlook 2000
and XP. A lot of user has been getting Requesting Data From Exchange
Server , when opening the email client, or addresse book or sending
mail. Has anyone ever had this problem? I would appreciate your
