None of our e-mail mail will go to any e-mail address that ends in "msn.com". We are able to receive mail from them but not vice versa. I did what it said in the "257265 XCON" KB. It worked fine until about a week ago. Now, I get the following entry in the event log:
Event Type: Warning Event Source: MSExchangeTransport Event Category: Connection Manager Event ID: 4000 Date: 03/05/2003 Time: 1:38:55 PM User: N/A Computer: WARDMEAGLE Description: Message delivery to the remote domain 'msn.com' failed for the following reason: The connection was dropped by the remote host.
