Yanek, I just completed a similar issue. I also had seen the article you mention about resetting the system folders. This seemed like a bad idea to me. I called PSS and they walked me through a process which resolved the issue. I don't think I could recreate all the steps, and your situation is diferent than mine. I don't think the problem will go away when you switch to native mode. It is time to call Microsoft.
