Active Directory Sites and Services, Open the NTDS settings of your DC. On the RHS you will see the current instance, right click and "replicate now". All changes will replicate immediately.

My site started as an Exchange 5.5 site and then when we starting converting to Exch2k we started a new site. So I had one 5.5 site and one 2000 site with all mail passing through the one 2000 server and if the receipient wasn't found it would send it through to the 5.5 site. Now today I have brought a second 2000 Exchange Server online and moved one mailbox to it. I can send to all receipients from that box but no one can reply to it. They can reply but it never gets received. Does Exch2k not work similar to 5.5 in the sense that it should know that the mailbox is on the 2nd exchange server and then route it there?
