I think you can use the MDBViewer to truely delete the rule.

Subject: Rule gone amuck

I have a rule in outlook that constantly comes up with the following
error.
I had a rule called '[EMAIL PROTECTED] --> delete' but it was a bit to
aggressive so I deleted it about a week ago. Now I am coming up with
the
following error:

Rule "XXX delete" can not move mail to the "Inbound_Trash" folder.

I have recreated the Inbound_Trash folder, but still get the error.

Searching the KB did not find anything applicable to this. Some stuff
was
close, but did not apply.

Where can I look to find and truly delete this rule?
