exchange 5.5 sp4 environment. user is on an windows XP/office XP pc. when the user is in the office, everthing is fine. when the user works at home, it will take up to 15 minutes to open a 1meg attachment. opening e-mails with no attachments takes up to a minute. the circuit is a isdn line, 128k.
Is this normal??
