Mebbe. Delegation sets up a hidden rule in the inbox of the delegating user. I've somewhat successfully in the past been able to use CleanSweep (Ex Resource Kit) to delete the rules on the inbox. It will appear in CleanSweep as something like "No Name" or "No Subject".
