Search on exmerge on MS site for examples. You didn't mention the version of Exchange either. I suggest the latest version that can be found on SP3 for Exchange. It is under the following folder hierarchy. \server\support\utils\i386\ExMerge There also is a Word document for you to read. It is esy in interactive mode. This version will work with version 5.5 as well as Exchange 2000. Good luck and happy PSTing
