Okay. I am coming in late on this but let me ask some questions I have seen asked here. If they have and I just haven't seen them then you all have my apologies.
1) Is there any message size limits placed on this account that can't send the attachment? 2) Has he/she reached their storage limits on the server? 3) Have they reached a storage limit on their computer (ie how much free space do they have left)?
