I don't run Postfix myself so I can't really comment on the paper you refer to.

Take a look at www.postfix.org too, I personally check several sources to find out if a certain piece of information is true. Which does not mean I don't trust Advosys but I'd rather check it all the same. They may have forgotten some information you may need.
