Thanks to everyone for the confirmation. I will be exporting then importing, because I won't be converting Outlook. This is part of a network upgrade, on a fresh install of Outlook on a different LAN, a different AD naming scheme. I don't think it should make any difference, as IIRC IMO Outlook isn't AD aware.
