Hey: Just got off the phone with MS PSS. If you install the 811853 OR the 813840 post SP3 roll-up you WILL have to specify the 'Send on behalf rights'. The + thing is you can remove the roll-up through 'Add/remove Programs' and you will go back to normal unless you really need that post sp3 fix you should not install it.
