I am new to Exchange 2000 and need some help. Our environment is a Windows 2000 Domain with Exchange 2000 I have set up a second DC and also enabled it role as a second GC I tested to see if the first DC/GC is down (powered down for 10 minutes)the second one would take over and it did not. I have searched technet and other forums with out much luck.
Any help would be appreciated.
