We have a user who has just moved into a new office and wants to send an email to everyone in his contact list, but he doesn't want each recipient to see the others that got the mail. A reasonable request. If he creates a Dist. List and sends it, the names are displayed. He could use a BCC, but I would like to give him a more "professional" option. I know in Unix setting up a mailing list doesn't show the actual names, just the name of the group. Wondering if Outlook can. He is running Outlook 2002 Sp2 with Exchange 2000.
