Hello,
I am having a problem running the NTDSATRB utility on my Exchange server.
After running for a few seconds it pops up with :

Error
Number = -2147217911
Description = Permission Denied.

The command I use is NTDSATRB servername.

It's an Exchange 5.5 SP4 system on a 2K SP3 server in a native mode domain.
The system running Exchange is not a domain controller and is only running
Exchange. LDAP port on the Exchange box is still at 389. The NTDSATRB
utility is from  E2KSP3.

I'm logged in as a user in the domain admin group, having the service
account admin role on the site and the configuration container. Logged in as
this same user I can create, modify and delete email accounts and user
accounts.

I've tried running NTDSATRB from different 2K workstations, the DC, and from
the server running Exchange but I get the same error message. Also, Netdiag
ran on the exchange server returns no errors.

Nothing in the event logs on the Exchange server, the system I run NTDSATRB
from or the DC. I looked on google, swynk, ultratech and MS site for
NTDSATRB but found nothing referencing this error. (doesn't mean the
answer's not there, I just couldn't find it).

Exchange is working and no issues with AD that I can tell.

I could probably do this step manually (only around 200 users) but I'm
afraid if I don't correct the problem I'll run into it again at a more
critical step in the migration process.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,
Mike.
