I don't know of a way to mass import these domains.  I ended up entering
them in one at a time.  Bummer I know, but I did manage to cut my workload a
bit, by filtering based on country codes and extensions such as blocking all
.biz, .info, etc.  The country code blocks work great as long as you are
sure your company doesn't have any customers in those countries.  I
typically block .cn, .hu., ru, etc.
