I'm needing to setup a support type mailbox that when email is sent to it, it will be delivered to a group of users here. I know I can setup a Group and have the address sent to those members. They would also like an auto-response sent to the sender stating that we have received their request and someone will get back to them within 48 hours. Is this possible?
