Same here.

Lost the network mgr job I had last year due to cutbacks where Exchange
admin was one of my many hats.  Been the volunteer admin at a nonprofit and
other non IT stuff since then,  but would LOVE a full time Exchange job.
Rather frustrating to see several instances here lately of the newbies
'falling' into Exchange.
