Or send an email with a delivery receipt to that SMTP address. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Presley, Steven" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: "Exchange Discussions" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Sent: Friday, June 13, 2003 2:47 PM Subject: RE: SMTP Addresses
There are a couple ways to do this (depending on what makes you happy). The easiest way would be to put the SMTP address in question into the TO: line in Outlook and tap CTRL+K, which will try to resolve the address against the GAL (which is provided by AD). If that doesn't do it for you, you could always run an LDAP query against AD using your favorite LDAP tool (ldp, ldifde, ADSIEdit, etc..). Something to the effect of: (&(objectclass=*)(proxyaddresses=smtp:address in question)) Steve -----Original Message----- From: Joshua R.
