Carmila, Have you made any adjustments to the default OWA logon page? I.E., changed it from https://servername/exchange to say... https://servername/webmail/usa? If so, you could be having the same problem with the ISAPI upload .DLL file that we did. Put a copy of that .DLL in the new path and point the attachments page at that path.
