Raji, >From my memory, the outlook bar shortcuts are stored in the user's profile (in application data > local settings (I think)). To specify a folder to start up in, go to: Tools > Options > Other > Advanced options - but I think it only allows to specify the big 7 (inbox, calendar, etc).
