What are the views on automatically sending e-mail to the internet. I have been asked to set up a method so that when an employee gets terminated we forward their e-mail to their manager for 1 week. Then we are supposed to automatically reply to any e-mail that person gets that they do not work here anymore and they should contact ...
This sounds worse to me than ooof's which will only send once. Any amunition to prevent this would be helpful. Thanks!
