  The "Outlook Address Book" service is hosed.  It gets screwed up at the
drop of a hat, so that isn't surprising.  Exit Outlook.  Go to Control
Panel, then "Mail" (or whatever it is called on your OS).  Remove the OAB
"service" from the profile.  Start Outlook and then exit again without doing
anything (this step may not be strictly necessary, but it makes me feel
good).  Go back to the MAPI profile, and add the OAB service back in.
