This turned out to be the case. I was setup to get NDRs for the existing email system, which was using NBR-LANSERVER.nbroffice.org as the SMTP server. I think that when I got the NDR, Exchange (or Outlook?) saw that it was an NDR, addressed to me, and so formatted it with that assumption. I checked this by sending a known bad email, the NDR looked the same.
Is this an Exchange or an Outlook feature?
