Is there a dependecy between Outlook 2002 and the global catalog server? I took down one of the GC's for maintenance but we still have 1 other GC that is up and running in the site. What I was thinking was, everything would be okay since I don't have both GC's down. All of a sudden, users are unable to open Outlook. Brought the GC back up and it's back to business as usual. I'm running Exchange 2000 SP 3, Windows 2000 SP3. Clients are Outlook 2002 SP2. Thanks, Carmila
