Hi all. All of a sudden we are not able to create new public folders in ESM. When I right-click on the root or on an existing folder, all the other choices are there but New Folder is missing.
This is even when I go to the server's console and log in with the account that was used to install Exchange (it has Full Exchange Administrator privileges) It is not a permissions issue. At least I don't think so, because I can still do everything else with the PFs.
