All you have done after this process is upgrade your operating system on the server from NT4 to Windows 2000. Remember the ADC connector! You're still on Exchange 5.5 after your exercise. Any reason you don't want to do a good backup and an inline upgrade from NT4 to Windows 2000? How many users and how much mail and public folders are you talking about?
