We are looking at upgrading from Outlook 98 to Outlook 2002 as well as the rest of the Office programs from the 97 versions. I have a couple of concerns:
After you activate the software, what procedure do you go through when a hard drive dies? Also, does the Save My Settings Wizard work with Outlook 2002 as well?
