It's 16 gig. If you have hit that limit, you can contact PSS and they can send you an updated version of the store.exe that will temporarily extend the size to 17 gig. You then need to have users delete email, let online maintenance run and then defrag the database. Also, make sure your deleted item retention is turned off during this process or the stuff they delete will not disappear immediately.
