Sorry, I am trying to troubleshoot a problem that I have very little knowledge in so if I appear to be a bit slow please forgive me. Your statement saying exchange is not listening confuses me. Are you saying there is some other software running between my exchange server and the rest of the world which is placing its limits on the mail?
