Inbound, Inbound Inbound INBOUND INBOUND CONNECTIONS!

Fscking Road Runner SSMs decided that "inbound" meant _all_. It's really
unfortunate for the Austin RR group that I live within stal^H^H^H^Hwalking
distance.
